National Bartending School is a bartending training program that has been designed specifically for the needs of the average adult student. We streamlined our curriculum to encourage extensive practical knowledge and focus on hands-on experience. We train through repetition, to quickly ready our students for a career in bartending. National Bartending School prepares our students to learn everything they need in a short amount of time, and to go out and join the business of bartending!

We have set up all of our classrooms to emulate a real working bar, because we want our students to know their way around behind a bar like a pro by the time they graduate!
Stuents must spend 40 hours of class time to complete bartending school. We know that you want to get in and out as quickly as possible, so we at NBS have streamlined our curriculum to get the most knowledge for your time, and bang for your buck. We cover one module (or chapter) per class, and there are a total of ten chapters. Students are also encouraged to log hours in between classes, in the practice bar. We count these hours towards your total class time.
It is always easy to pick up classes when you have some free time, because there is always a class that is convenient to attend! We offer classes up to three times per day, five to six days per week. That’s up to 24 classes per week! Because of this, you can get your license done in as little as two weeks with full time attendance. Students also have the option to attend part time and take up to a year to complete the courses.
In order to make school a success, our students must be able to easily and conveniently attend classes. Therefor we have developed classes close to home, and National Bartending has established schools all over Los Angeles County! We have schools located all over Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, so no matter where you live or work, there is a National Bartending School near you!

All of our instructors are well equipped for teaching a wide variety of topics and skills to our students, so they are always on the cutting edge of what is new in bartending. All of our teachers have background in the beverage industry; many are still working as bartenders, and some have even graduated from National Bartending School itself!
