Here at National Bartending Schools, our unique work placement program offers students work during school and after they graduate. We are the only school is Southern California that guarantees our graduates a bartending job after they obtain their bartending certification! We work hard so that you can work hard!
Our school offers a variety of services to our students and graduates. The classes that we offer are all held in a lifelike practice bar to help you get situated in a bar setting. The staff and instructors are all dedicated to your success.

Most of our management staff have had successful careers as bartenders and bar managers, and many of our instructors are graduates of National Bartending School. Classes- On Your Own Time
Bartending school is broken down into 7 Lessons in a book that our school provide to you upon enrollment. It takes 40 hours of class time to cover these chapters, and once they are completed you can take the tests. Because of our flexible hours, it is easy to learn all of the lessons that you need to graduate at your own pace!
Our Orange location is unique in offering flexible, hands-on instruction. Our instructors will teach you new material and techniques, and then let you behind the bar to practice and hone your craft. Practice recipes and techniques to your hearts’ content!
When you feel confident in your capabilities we’ll put your skills to the test, literally, by recreating the feel of being in a bar with patrons gathered around and quiz you in a live-pour session!
We help you through every step of the journey to learn and grow and be confident in your craft. When you’re ready we’ll give you your final written exam followed by your final pour challenge, and then you’ll have earned your bartending certification!
Your schedule is completely dependent on you. We’re open 40 hours a week! 12p-9p Monday-Thursday, 12p-4p Friday and Saturday. This is extremely convenient for those who have busy lives and variable shifts at work. No matter what your schedule is like, you can succeed with our program at National Bartending School!
Work Placement that Can’t be Beat!
Our work placement program is the best in Southern California. You are guaranteed a bartending job after you have graduated. As a student, you are eligible for work as an event server or bar back. Due to this, you can make some money and gain experience while you are enrolled, therefore building your resume!
Once you have graduated, we begin looking for employment for you as an event bartender, and for part time and permanent placement at local bars. Event serving and bartending with National Bartending Schools is a great way to earn money, and like event serving, the scheduling is flexible. You pick the days that you are available each week, and apply for the events that you would like to work.
